SLL Shakes
Tips for making your shakes:
Blend your ice and water together first for a few seconds before adding dry ingredients. It’ll make for a smoother consistency.
If your shake is too thin, add more ice and blend.
If your shake is too thick, add some warm water and blend.

Are the Jello gelatins sugar free also?
What is the best substitute for the whey isolate, my Walmart was out?
Have you tried using 4c energy orange instead of the jello? Caffeine boost and breakfast?
Hi Rene! I haven’t, that is a really great idea. The shops call them lava shakes.
I am new to the shake and tea. I’m also looking for a root beer float. Do you think vanilla protien and slimfast with a small amount of root beer extract would work or would I need to add something else?
so… just an aside… I bought peach SF jello instead of orange, so I skipped the orange extract and it was kind of amazing… very peaches and cream-esque.
Thank you for having these up on your site. I absolutely can stick to these as meal replacements instead of just drinking the protein or slimfast shakes.
You are truly amazing. Thank you.
