SLL Shakes
Tips for making your shakes:
Blend your ice and water together first for a few seconds before adding dry ingredients. It’ll make for a smoother consistency.
If your shake is too thin, add more ice and blend.
If your shake is too thick, add some warm water and blend.

Ingredients
- 1 scoop SlimFast Advanced Nutrition Smoothie Mix - Vanilla
- 1 scoop Integrated Supplements Whey Isolate Protein - Vanilla
- 1/2 TBSP Torani brown sugar cinnamon syrup
- 1/4 TSP. apple pie spice
- 1/8 TSP. Jolly Rancher green apple drink mix
- 1 TBSP. Quick Oats
- 1 cup Water
- 1 cup Ice
Instructions
Blend ice & water in blender for 10 seconds
Add all other ingredients into blender
Blend until smooth or desired texture
Top with sugar free whipped cream & sugar free caramel syrup & graham cracker (if desired)
